CMV further extends BOGOF deal

Cruise and Maritime Voyages (CMV) has extended its buy one get one free deal for 2018 bookings by a further month until Saturday July 1 following demand.

The offer means the first adult pays the full fare and the second sharing person travels for free and is based on the current remaining availability of cabins.

The company's head of trade, Lisa Jacobs, said: ?Looking forward to a cruise is part of the overall holiday experience. Being able to offer an early booking deal for 2018 cruises, where the first adult pays the full fare and the second adult, sharing twin accommodation, travels free has to be good news.

"There is just one exception - our Arctic and Greenland Expedition Voyage on Marco Polo at the end of July next year which is more than 90% sold already. Otherwise there are different UK departure points, various itinerary choices, cruise durations and a fleet of traditional ships.?

The BOGOF deal applies to all departures including the Columbus Round the World Cruise on January 5, 2018 where ?14,999 will offer a 121-night sailing for two people. Alternatively, Magellan's cruise from Bristol on October 22 for six nights is during half-term and includes the River Seine, Rouen, Antwerp and Amsterdam before returning to Tilbury. T

he adult fare is from ?759 (?379 per person) and the cruise is one of eight that is operated as a multi-generational cruise so that grandparents can include their family including the grand-children. The child sharing fare is from ?99 per child. Fares quoted are based on two sharing a twin inner cabin and include full board cuisine, afternoon tea and late night snacks, a Captain?s cocktail party, complimentary tea and coffee between 06:00 and midnight, big show entertainment, cabarets and classical interludes, daytime activities, leisure facilities, guest speaker and arts & crafts, porterage of luggage, port to cabin and port taxes.
