Club Med is opening its doors to one of its favourite and most popular destinations in the heart of the French Riviera, Opio en Provence.
Fully refurbished and overlooking Cannes (and surrounded by 120 acres of olive groves and pine forests), the resort, which reopens on June 22, is ideal for families and couples who either want to kick back and relax or take part in unique activities.
The renovation offers 437 rooms which have been refurbished to the highest standard, all built in traditional Provencal-style Bungalows which are grouped together in ten separate bastide style areas. Four suites are also offered for guests seeking that added extra and feature panoramic views of the stunning French countryside.
The operator is introducing the first CREACTIVE playground in Europe: 2,000sq.m dedicated to the arts of circus, bringing guests the best of both Club Med & Cirque du Soleil, offering both adults and children the chance to learn a new skill and take part in a unique experience in the sunshine.
As an example of prices, a seven-night all-inclusive holiday costs ?739 per adult (was ?839), offering a ?100 saving and ?441 per child (reduced from ?491) to save ?50. Children under six years also stay for free.
