Century Cruises to launch new ship Century Victory in September 2021

Century Cruises has announced the launch of a new ship, which will set sail in September 2021.

Century Victory will be the eighth addition to the fleet and a sister ship to Century Glory. The Century Cruise ship has been designed incorporating new technology which does not harm the fragile eco-system of the Yangtze River.

The Chinese alligators, the only living species of alligator native to China and the Yangtze River and other endangered species, such as the Yangtze river dolphin, Yangtze giant softshell turtle, Yangtze salamander and sturgeon also need protection. As a remedy, Century Cruises, has built Century Victory using the newest technology available, to implement a low emissions system.

Century Victory will have a capacity for 650 passengers with 260 suite-style cabins in 8 different categories, and every cabin features a river view balcony. For families travelling together, Century Victory offers 12 spacious Family Suites located on the 6th deck. Additionally, there are 12 Executive Suites designed to blend Chinese and Western styles.

For those who wish to have a piece of the Yangtze River just for themselves, Century Victory has incorporated four stylish suites that allows cruisers to enjoy the changing scenery from the privacy of their own sanctuary. They are located in the exclusive bow areas on decks five and six, alongside the Panorama Cafe.

The ship has a spacious sundeck, two classic dining rooms, which offer inventive and appetising menus, the Cheers Bar and Lounge which offers drinks from all around the world, including mojitos and local wines, as well as high-definition cinema, gym, self-service laundry and a small convenience store.
