Celebrity Cruises unveiled third ship in the company?s new luxury Edge Series - Celebrity Beyond.
The launch also signifies an opportunity and strong vote of confidence in the UK as Celebrity Beyond will depart on her maiden voyage from Southampton, on a 10-night Western Europe cruise visiting Bordeaux, France; Lisbon, Portugal; and Seville, Malaga, Palma de Mallorca and Barcelona, Spain. She will then offer a variety of Mediterranean journeys including nine-night Italian Riviera and France itineraries and 10-night Greek Isles itineraries until early October, when she heads to the Caribbean.
Celebrity Beyond includes an exclusive resort-within-a-resort area for suite guests, highlighted by a new two-story sundeck called The Retreat. The ship will feature accommodations such as modern two-story villas with private plunge pools, to staterooms with infinite verandas. It will also feature an expanded rooftop garden and resort deck featuring cantilevered float pools, a multi-terraced Sunset Bar, a first-ever Daniel Boulud fine-dining restaurant at sea and Grand Plaza.
