Carnival Cruises unveils refreshed agent platform

The refreshed online travel agent booking platform features improvements to the search and viewing functions as well as mobile and desktop enhancements.

The GoCCL Navigator will now showcase an enhanced accessibility feature when it comes to offer details, highlighting fare comparison with a simplified list of key benefits and special ‘red tags’ used to identify when clients have a loyalty club offering for a sailing.

The new site will also feature side-by-side price comparisons and include a feature for booking accessible staterooms.

Adolfo Perez, senior vice president of global sales and trade marketing at Carnival Cruise Line, shared his gratitude to agents, stating he “deeply values [Carnival Cruises] travel agent community, whose expertise and passion are an integral part to the success.” The new design is directly based on agents’ feedback and intends to “make it easier than ever to match clients’ needs with the perfect Carnival cruise.”
