BREXIT has given London tourism a major boost with increased numbers this autumn and visitors upgrading seats according to Encore.
VisitBritain has said that forward bookings for December are up by 24% and analytics company ContentSquare?s figures show that the value of online travel purchases to UK destinations rose 38%, with online UK destination searches up 10% in June and July following the BREXIT referendum.
More than half of accommodation providers are expecting an increase in visitors following the referendum according to a survey by VisitEngland. UK tourism will also benefit from locals taking staycations because of the exchange rates.
