Bookings are open for Windstar Cruises' new Star Seeker ship

Star Seeker will join Windstar’s fleet in December 2025, with bookings for her inaugural season now open and itinerary details revealed

The maiden voyage will see Star Seeker depart from Malaga on December 28th, 2025, crossing the Atlantic with a special stop in Santa Cruz de Tenerife for a New Year Eve celebration alongside sister ship Wind Star. The journey will end in Miami on January 13th, 2026.

On January 15th, 2026, Star Seeker will set sail on an eight-day voyage in the Caribbean before the ship heads to the Panama Canal towards Alaska between May and August 2026, and finally voyaging over to Japan in early September.

Windstar president Christopher Prelog, said he is “really excited” to sail the new ship in the Caribbean before she heads to her further destinations of Alaska and Japan as “Star Seeker will likely not return to the Caribbean again, so it is a wonderful but fleeting chance for our Caribbean destination fans to experience the ship.”

Additional itineraries in Southeast Asia are currently under development for Star Seeker.
