New Cyprus tour operator Biblio Travel launches its new website in the UK today, and begins its holiday programme to Cyprus on July 31, with a triple-lock guarantee for consumer confidence.
Biblio Travel?s breadth of product and knowledge of Cyprus also allows it to introduce the ?Absolute Package? which includes with a deposit of ?49 per person, 23kg luggage plus 10kg hand luggage, free transfers and full-time resort representatives.
The triple-lock guarantee includes:
1. The Gold Standard Trust; all payments made to Biblio Travel are received into a Gold Standard Trust account approved by the CAA, and governed by very strict rules. All payments, including payments for flights, are held in an account, controlled and administered by an independent trustee. If a holiday is cancelled, Biblio Travel can act quicker and more efficiently, so when a holiday is booked, it is booked with confidence knowing that money is 100% secure.
2. Package Holiday Pledge; Biblio Travel has also signed up in full to the Package Holiday Pledge created by BBC One?s Watchdog: If flights are cancelled or changed because of COVID-19, customers can rebook without incurring amendment charges. If a customer or a member of their household receives a positive COVID-19 test prior to travelling, they can rebook without incurring amendment charges for any element of the booked package. If any element of the booking is not available and Jet2holidays is unable to offer an equivalent holiday, customers will receive a full refund within 14 days of cancellation. If, between booking and departure, the UK imposes quarantine on arrivals from the destination country, customers will be entitled to change or cancel their booking without incurring charges.
3. The Biblio Travel Price Guarantee, the third pledge gives 100% assurance of the best price possible. Customers can book any package holiday with Biblio Travel, and if, within 24 hours of booking, they can find the same holiday at a cheaper price with another travel business, the difference will be refunded within 14 days.
