The company claims to be the first operator in Europe to offer the new facility where guests can drop off their bags with the company's representatives in the hotel reception on the day of their flight, collect their boarding passes and then head off to the airport to relax, safe in the knowledge their bags are securely waiting on the aircraft for the journey home.
The service is currently being trialed at the operator's top ten hotels in Benidorm, with more properties due to be added in the near future.
