The Barbados Tourism Authority is has announced the launch of its latest online initiative, the Bajan Ambassadors Club, a new online portal for interline staff members, offering a range of accommodation offers or ?rewards?.

p>The Barbados Tourism Authority is has announced the launch of its latest online initiative, the Bajan Ambassadors Club, a new online portal for interline staff members, offering a range of accommodation offers or ?rewards?.

The Bajan Ambassadors Club website went ?live? on Monday, August 17, allowing Club members to benefit immediately after they have registered, with the first ?reward? of ?100 off accommodation per person in Barbados for stays of seven nights or more, applicable to one member and partner.

Featuring an array of hotel and villa accommodation offers from over 50 participating industry partners, the new Bajan Ambassadors Club website is designed to allow travel industry staff a fast and easy to use system to search for the best hotel deals from tour operator partners.

Members simply choose their favourite hotel, search for the best available offers and then click on the hotel they wish to stay in. A confirmation email and reference number will be sent for the actual booking. Key tour operators currently in the scheme include Caribbean Unpackaged, Janet Smith Tours, Touchdown Holidays and Travel Industry Services.

Bajan Ambassadors can enjoy even further savings on their holidays to Barbados with the Barbados Gourmet Card (www.barbadosgourmetcard.com), offering a 25 percent discount off food at participating restaurants on the island ? and the Barbados VIP Card www.barbadosvipcard.com offering savings on a number of attractions and tours as well as car rentals. Both Cards are valid until December 14, 2009.
