Bales Worldwide has finalised an agreement for purchase by Virgin Holidays and is now part of the Virgin Holidays family.

Bales Worldwide says that as part of the Virgin Holidays family, it will be very much ?business as usual? with the same team.Mandy Nickerson will remain as managing director and will continue to be involved in all aspects of the operation.
There will be no changes to clients' travel plans.
Nickerson said: "Teaming up with Virgin opens a new chapter for us and one which I am really excited about".
