Aurora Expeditions launches a new website

Aurora Expeditions has announced a new website which is fact-packed and more user-friendly with real-time availability, pricing, promotions, special offers and search functionality.

The new website ensures users can easily access the deals and create bespoke experiences. The site also offers a quotation function which will soon be followed by a new live reservation facility, allowing users the ability to reserve places on specific voyages.

The new search function allows users to select duration, date, price, activities and expedition types, such as sail or fly options across the Drake Passage, as well as the opportunity to search for their highly sought-after pre and post-Patagonia treks.

Reservation functionality, launching in January, will be easy to use with a streamlined step-by-step process. Enquiries are held for seven days to allow for further planning and decision making before a deposit is required; the reservations team will be on hand to assist the enquiry process.

Once bookings are complete, passengers are given access to the customer-facing section of the site with personalised logins to track their reservation with pre-departure notes on packing and preparation.  

The new site offers a plethora of information with itinerary details, bios on the expedition team, details of the ship and its layout to help with cabin selection and much more. Exclusive for trade eyes only, there are also sections with news, updates, pre-registration with preferential offers and webinar announcements.   

The site will be launched and operational from Friday, December 20.
