Audley will combine its carefully-curated land-based programme with a range of ocean cruising itineraries which will be available to book through the trade later this year
Customers can now curate their own ‘hybrid trip’ to maximise their destination experience. Guests will be able to sail on a fully-rigged ship through the Bay of Kotor, glide between the karsts of Haylong bay, explore the untouched ground of Antarctica and navigate through the Panama Canal.
The new programme will see Audley work with ocean lines Azamara, Aranui, Celebrity Cruises, Cunard, Holland America, Paul Gauguin, Ponant, Regent Seven Seas, Seabourn, Silversea Cruises and Star Clippers.
Some of the new itineraries include a 24-day tailor-made ‘Japan by Land and Sea’ which includes 14 nights aboard an Azamara cruise between Tokyo and Kobe from £12,100 per person; the 27-day ‘Australia & New Zealand by Train and Luxury Cruise’ itinerary with 12 nights aboard a Silversea vessel sailing between Melbourne and Auckland from £16,975 per person; and the 19-day ‘Highlights of Southeast Asia by Land and Sea’ itinerary including 12 nights aboard Celebrity Cruises sailing between Hong Kong and Singapore from £6,875 per person.
Sean Atton, global cruise manager at Audley Travel, said the “careful expansion of our rich cruise offering” is the “natural progression as we look to enhance our overall proposition for clients.”
“The beauty of cruise being part of a land itinerary too means clients are able to really enjoy the journey as well as the destinations, and all of the places in between.”
