Arena Rail Holidays has unveiled their winter programme for 2019/2020.
It features several festive itineraries to the Christmas capitals of Europe, a chance to experience the Slovenia's Postojna Caves and an escorted trip to Ch?teaux on the outskirts of Paris, alongside a packed programme of existing itineraries through the mountains, lakes and valleys of Europe.
There will even be an opportunity to enjoy an exclusive festive performance by Aled Jones on one special Christmas markets tour.

Some of the new tours for winter 2019/2020 include ? Lake Bled Winter Wonderland: Based in one of the Alpine resorts, the eight day tour includes an underground tour to the stalactites, stalagmites and Murano-glass chandeliers of the Postojna caves; sailing on a traditional Pletna boat to Bled island, with a visit to the medieval castle on the lake?s shores; as well as a chance to explore the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana. The tour departs on February 16, 2020 and is priced from ?1,295 per person, based on two sharing on mixed board basis.
'A Yorkshire Christmas' is a short break to the Yorkshire Dales while based in the charming market town of Skipton. The five day escorted tour includes a steam journey on the Embsay & Bolton Abbey Railway; a round-trip on the restored Keighley & Worth Valley Railway; visits to Ripon?s 7th-century cathedral; and guided tours of Ripley Castle and Skipton Castle. The tour departs on December 23, 2019 and is priced from ?689 per person, based on two sharing on half-board basis, including festive meals on Christmas Day.
All prices are based on two adults sharing accommodation in three and four star hotels, including daily breakfast; return travel from London St Pancras by Eurostar; onward rail connections; excursions and services of a tour manager/director throughout.
