Independent agents are invited to the in-person training events, showcasing travel product for the 2022 and 2023 seasons.
APT and Travelmarvel, the river cruise and touring operator, has joined training specialists Bright to deliver a number of in-person events for independent agents across the UK.
Brad Bennetts, head of sales & business development for APT & Travelmarvel, said: “We are thrilled to have joined Bright, as we firmly believe that face-to-face training is one of the most powerful tools and adds significant value for agents. At APT, we want to equip agents with all the tools that they need to promote river cruising to their existing databases and to grow their businesses by attracting ‘new to cruise’ customers.
“With four events still remaining for this year – two in September and two in October – this is a perfect opportunity for agents to upskill ahead of what we predict will be a fantastic peaks period.”
Events will take to Barnett Hill Hotel, Guildford on October 11, 2022, and Salomons Estate, Tunbridge Wells on October 12.
Each event begins with welcome drinks followed by a 10-minute presentation from each partner and networking over a three-course dinner.
