Anantara Iko Mauritius Resort & Villas to reopen with wellness programme

Along with a new wellbeing programme, guests have a choice of new pool villas once the resort reopens. 

With Mauritius set to reopen with no quarantine restrictions for fully-vaccinated arrivals on October 1, 2021, one of the island's newest properties, Anantara Iko Mauritius Resort & Villas, is ready to welcome back guests with a new programme of wellness and wellbeing activity and new pool villas. 

Immersive wellness-fuelled activities include a daily schedule of guided forest walks, local cultural tours, snorkelling in the Blue Bay marine park, and wellness therapies such as yoga, meditation, tai chi and stretching. These activities can be incorporated into new three-, five- and seven-day programmes for guests with spa treatments at the Anantara Spa. 

The spa offers treatments including Shirodhara massage and avant-garden musicotherapy. 

Dining options include an eclectic mix of cuisines from the island's cauldron of cultures, with daily wellness smoothies and healthy breakfast options available. Sea.Fire.Salt offers signature seafood and grill with ocean views. 

New additions to the resort include two- and four-bedroom Anantara Pool Villas, set within the resort's tropical gardens. The villas offer flexible options including in-villa check in and private entrances. Two-bedroom Pool Villas offer privacy and luxury with a private pool and spacious deck. All villas offer a smart TV, fully-equipped kitchenette and an alfresco dining area for meals prepared by a private chef. 

Two-bedroom Anantara Pool Villas are bookable with rated from US$692 per night on a bed-and-breakfast basis, with wellness packages from US$475.
