Air Transat has operated its first flight from the UK to Canada after several months of inactivity due to Covid-19 travel restrictions.
The flight kicks off the anticipated resumption of services between London Gatwick and Toronto - a service which will continue three times weekly.
From October 20, 2021, the Manchester to Toronto service will resume, with the Glasgow service joining the programme on December 16, 2021.
