Rewards were previously paid out onto agents' Black Cards each quarter: from June 1st, rewards will be processed and paid out on a monthly basis.
Each month will see agents' rewards – varying between £10 to £1,000 depending on booking value – paid onto the operator's Black Cards, quadrupling the payout frequency against the previous model.
Jorge Quibell, head of sales South, hopes that "agents will be delighted that we've listened to their feedback" regarding the nature of the incentive processing and delivery.
