ABTA to launch webinar on 'Consumer Sentiment Towards Travel'

ABTAs second Consumer Sentiment Towards Travel webinar is scheduled on Wednesday, September 16 from 10:30am to 12pm. 

ABTA will be providing updated insights into consumer attitudes towards travel brands and services amidst changing FCDO advice.

The webinar will look at results from recent consumer sentiment surveys from Global and Deloitte and current booking and airline data from Sabre. It will also explore changing consumer expectations and behaviour and examine their spending intentions for travel and leisure over the next few months, offering agents insight into how they should communicate with their customers in a world changed by COVID-19.

ABTA members and partners can join for free and put their questions to the experts live, during dedicated Q&A sessions.
