The first properties will be opened in Bahrain and Oman, with six additional developments in the UAE, three of which are scheduled to open next month.
These include Al Ghurair Rayhaan and Al Ghurair Arjaan, both located in Dubai and Centro Capital Centre in Abu Dhabi.
The City Centre Rotana in Doha is also scheduled to open next year. As part of the city centre shopping complex, the five-star hotel will offer 400 rooms and suites, executive floors, five restaurants and a variety of meeting rooms, in addition to a fitness centre.
The Salalah Resort & Spa in Oman is another new addition for 2013 and the five-star resort will offer 400 luxury rooms and suites, a choice of bars and restaurants, a health and fitness centre, a private beach and a spa.
