Not Just Travel have launched The Travel Nation, an online travel community which will offer insightful content, advice and training for agents.
This online community hub is open to every single person who works within the travel industry and aims to educate, support and unite through a daily programme of relevant interviews, podcasts, webinars and inspiring and insightful content. Content will be curated by travel industry experts, but also sourced beyond the sector, from business entrepreneurs, motivational speakers and coaches.
It comes at a time when the whole sector ?needs to pull together?.
?At this time of crisis we want to do our bit to help the entire industry; to unite us; to create a platform on which we can support each other, share information and pool our knowledge,? said The Travel Nation co-founder Steve Witt.
Tourist boards and suppliers have already agreed to partake in webinars and Facebook Live sessions in order to educate members about their specific products and share their thoughts and advice.
Furthermore, content on The Travel Nation will also touch on business and entrepreneurial skills. Money management; how to market their business; telephone and sales techniques; social media and customer retention are just some of the aspects that will be touched upon and will be delivered by relevant professionals from outside the travel sector.

Particularly at this time of uncertainty they are extremely worried about their businesses ? we?ll be advising them on how they can best ride this storm and, beyond, manage their businesses and give them the chance to up skill,? said Witt.
