While Sunswept Resorts? BodyHoliday remains temporarily closed in the global effort to reduce the COVID-19 spread, the wellness resort is launching blog posts and videos to help people make small adjustments to their lives during isolation and provide support to improve personal wellbeing.
Aiming to help people navigate this new ?normal?, the online tips and insights will focus on how to keep a clear mind and live a healthy lifestyle from home.
Content will include cooking demonstrations, meditation sessions, breathing workshops, exercise classes and more. These will be available via BodyHoliday?s Facebook, Instagram and website.
The series has been introduced with a blog post from managing deputy director at BodyHoliday, Andrew Barnard, offering top tips for isolation. Besides, the resort has posted a delicious recipe from its executive chef Alan Wichert, for an immune boosting smoothie on Instagram.
