Travelsphere and Just You have launched a young agent committee to help the next generation of travel professionals
Set to launch in 2027, the group will comprise of 10 travel professionals aged 23 and under.
They will participate in two in-person meetings throughout the year, with the first taking place in April.
It will enable young agents to engage with the escorted tour operators’ trade teams and help them tailor their agent programmes and support to better fit their needs.
Activities will include career talks from industry leaders, mentorship from the Travelsphere and Just You team, as well as personal development opportunities.
This follows the launch of the wider agent-led Expert Advisory Team in 2025, which similarly meets in person to share feedback and collaborate with the brands on ways of working.
Tom Morgan, trade sales director at Travelsphere and Just You, said, “Engaging with young agents is vital to the future of our industry. This committee will give us the opportunity to listen to their ideas, better understand the challenges they face and ensure our trade support meets their needs.
“We’re also keen to showcase the touring sector, highlight the opportunities it offers and help the next generation of travel professionals build their knowledge and confidence.”
To apply for a place, agents must be 23 or under as of January 1st, 2027 and send a short video to trade.partners@travelsphere.co.uk, stating why they want to join and their suggestions for a group name.
