'12 Days of Learn & Earn' hopes to reward and upskill agents as the industry sails towards the peak wave period
From December 3rd, 2024 onwards, the Shine Rewards platform will host a Learn & Earn hub, offering up daily prizes (including gift vouchers and sets).
Three balcony cabins aboard Iona's two-night departure on October 23rd, 2025 will be gifted to three participating agents. Entrants must complete all quizzes and challenges across the 12 days to qualify.
December 5th, 2024 will host a Shine Bonanza on Instagram Live at 10:30 am, 1 pm and 4 pm to engage with agents and spin the wheel to give away bonus Shine Rewards points.
Stephanie Adams, P&O Cruises' training and engagement manager, said, "The festive Learn & Earn programme aims to empower agents with the knowledge and confidence needed to maximise sales during the busy wave period.
"Last year’s festive incentive saw thousands of interactions, and we promise this year will see more prizes and, I hope, a record number of agents engaging with us."
