After over 600 agents headed overseas in 2023, more than 800 places are on offer for a programme of overseas training retreats, seminars, experiences, charity treks and cruises in 2024.
This week sees the five-day Millionaire's Retreat kick off in Fuerteventura: the inaugural retreat for new Elite franchisees is included in the cost of agents' franchisee packages and has been hosted in partnership with TUI.
Agents with more NJT experience under their belt will be invited to one of three Elite Experiences this year. The seven-day training retreats will see an intimate group of 30 agents invited.
Paul Harrison, Not Just Travel's co-founder, said the Elite trips "are not only luxurious, money-can’t-buy experiences, they also serve to catapult an agent’s business to the next level," adding that plenty of agents suggest "these trips are worth the franchise fee alone."
A golf holiday will take place in Mauritius later this year for specialist golf sellers, with Paul adding: "Golf is another area where clients like to turn to a travel agent who has specific first-hand experience."
Those who have joined Not Just Travel's Cruise Mastery Programme will be invited aboard Sky Princess with Princess Cruises for one of two Seminar at Sea cruises later in the year.
Shortly after the franchise's conference celebrated double recruitment and 36% sales growth, January saw Not Just Travel record its biggest-ever sales month in its 22-year history.
