Newmarket reveals biggest-ever fam trip programme

The operator has launched its more ambitious fam programme to date, including a mix of long-haul and regional destinations, expanded agent participation, and the introduction of a Mega fam

The programme has been developed in response to growing demand for touring and to support agent education and confidence in selling Newmarket’s products.

The fam trips will cover key growth regions, including the US, Canada, Borneo and South Africa, as well as a Mega fam to India. Overall, the programme will cover 10 trips for approximately 130 agents.

The first fam was hosted this month in Canada, with an itinerary that covered Toronto, Niagara Falls, Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City.

Hayley Morris, head of trade sales and partnerships, said, “Our fam programme continues to grow year-on-year, and 2026 marks our most ambitious programme yet. By giving travel agents first-hand experience of our tours, we’re equipping them with the confidence and insight needed to drive touring sales.â€
