The airline is hosting an online training session exclusively for agents, and is offering all agent attendees an e-gift card of £10.
Taking place on June 11th, 2024 at 10 am, the training update has been developed exclusively for the trade. Agents can expect specifics on the airline's booking processes, network, and fleet, plus the answers to frequently answered questions.
Rohan Soni, one of the airline's sales representatives, promised "key updates on our product; the fleet, the in-flight offerings, key routes and more.
"Agents that attend our upcoming training will be experts on all things Korean Air and will be given the confidence to successfully sell Korean Air."
