In honour of CLIA Cruise Week, the line has relaunched the Azamara World Academy training programme which offers agents the chance to become a certified Azamara Cruises Expert
The online platform offers agents an engaging and educational programme which provides the necessary tools to effectively sell the Azamara product to clients.
Head of trade sales at Azamara, Stuart Pearce, said, “This dedicated training programme offers valuable knowledge to our travel agents while also rewarding their dedication to learning more about our product and services. We are excited to see many advisors become Azamara Cruises Experts and take advantage of the fantastic benefits the programme offers.”
The World Academy can be accessed on Azamara Connect, and includes bespoke training facilities as well as travel advisor rates, ship visit invitations and an Azamara Cruises Expert certificate and logo available for download at the end of the course.
