A whole new world of prizes awaits with new Disney competition

Disney Destinations International's trade competition will feature education modules and themed challenges where agents will be in with a chance to sail aboard the Disney Treasure as well as win an array of other grand prizes.

To celebrate the cruise line’s new summer sailings aboard the Disney Fantasy, the competition will be themed after the ship’s onboard show ‘Aladdin’, and will feature a series of games and challenges with a live leaderboard where agents can track their progress.

The competition will last 12 days from May 21st, 2024, beginning with a learning module where agents will learn everything there is to know about the Disney Fantasy before engaging in a 10-day challenge putting that knowledge to the test. Each completed challenge will be awarded with Mickey Stamps: the more stamps the higher the chance of winning.

Agents can earn extra Mickey Stamps by making bookings for summer 2025 between May 17th and 30th September, 2025, with each booking worth five stamps.

Torey Kings-Hodkin, trade sales and marketing director for Disney Destinations International, hopes the competition will make trade partners feel “excited and incentivised” by the Disney Fantasy summer sailings while helping to “educate [the trade] about the new offerings and our wider Disney Cruise Line portfolio.”

The agent in first place by the end of the competition will win a Caribbean cruise onboard the Disney Treasure in December 2024, with the second place prize (awarded to 2nd-5th place) consisting of a 3-night European cruise to Zeebrugge aboard the Disney Fantasy in summer 2025, and the third prize (awarded to 6th-15th place) offering a £250 VEX or €250 Oneforall voucher.

The competition follows the launch of Disney Destinations International’s new app which allows agents to transport their client’s on a virtual one-day taster cruise aboard the Disney Dream.
