Holiday Extras launches 'Travel Heroes' incentive programme

Holiday Extras is launching a new ?Travel Heroes? programme this week, designed to inspire and reward travel agents and partners across the UK.

The new incentives programme will open the doors for all travel agents, shop managers, RSMs, entire shops and regions to be rewarded throughout the year.

Each ?Travel Hero? could be rewarded based on one of a variety of results from personal sales growth to dedication and enthusiasm towards the brand. Spot prizes will be awarded by the Holiday Extras? team of Partnership Development Managers throughout the year, with outstanding contribution rewards being made available for individuals who have shown consistent dedication and results for the brand.

To launch the new ?Travel Hero? campaign, the travel extras specialist visited TUI HQ to reward Donna Wynne, the regional sales manager of Humberside, for her consistent outstanding performance.

Speaking about her experience, Donna said: ?Receiving this reward has made me feel really special and has certainly brightened my day! It?s amazing to be recognised for the efforts that we jointly put in to support Holiday Extras. The culture we?re breeding here within Humberside, is one that truly supports holiday planning. We want to make sure that the minute our customers step in to our office, we?re making that experience effortless. That obviously means recommending the fabulous products on offer but we?ve taken it one step further in this turn-of-year to support TUI growth in holiday planning by recommending lounges and all sorts of different things to get the KPI basket up.?

James Lewis, Head of Partnerships at Holiday Extras, said: ?Rewarding and recognising our partners is a huge part of what we do. We work with tens of thousands of travel agents in the UK, all of which offer our travel extras to their customers, and we want them to feel more engaged in selling our products and valued for the work we do together. We know agents like to be recognised, so we?re excited to see how this new reward and recognition scheme is received.?
