TIPTO says its training site is growing in popularity with almost 4,500 logins over the past three months. Since September 2011, nearly 2,000 online modules have been successfully completed with 101 agents completing all modules and achieving ?5* TIPTO Expert? status. This status gives agents access to incentive prize draws. December prizes include a place on a Page and Moy fam trip and a ?25 Love2shop voucher from Newmarket Holidays.

Agents can receive news updates from members, information on current incentives, give feedback and access pictures from TIPTO workshops on a range of social networking sites. TIPTO Terri has 220 followers on Twitter and 488 friends on Facebook as well as her own channel on Youtube.

Online training modules are available on TIPTO?s website, www.tipto.co.uk. Registered independent agents can study and take quizzes for modules based on the TIPTO member suppliers and their key selling points. In addition, the site offers a range of exclusive offers and incentives for registered agents and their customers.

During October and November a series of six new format workshops took place across the country to support TIPTO?s online training. This first season of workshops welcomed close to 250 independent agents who attended the evenings aiming to improve both product knowledge and selling techniques. TIPTO workshops will continue into 2012 with a series of 19 further evenings scheduled to begin in February 2012.
