For the 24th consecutive year, Winter Efteling is set to open on November 14, 2022, with the return of the park’s ice-skating rink after two years.
The fairytale theme park will once again be transformed into a winter paradise complete with bonfires, garlands and thousands of lights. Additionally, The Warme Winter Weide garden will be extended to accommodate the uncovered ice rink, which visitors can enjoy until March 5, 2023.
The winter garden will feature entertainment and daily musical offerings alongside warming food and drink. Highlights for children include Pardoes the Magic Jester and Princess Pardijn welcoming visitors in a sleigh, as well as the beloved fairy, Fay de Fee, and Pinocchio trying to make it snow.
Winter Efteling also invites guests to spend an enchanting New Year’s Eve at the park, with attractions reopening from 7pm-1am and additional live entertainment to provide the best environment for visitors to ring in the new year.
Those wishing to extend their stay can reside at the Efteling Hotel, Holiday Village Efteling Loonsche Land or Holiday Village Efteling Bosrijk, with overnight stays including unlimited access to the theme park.
