From January 6, ?Party through the Decades? at Alvaston Hall Hotel, Cheshire, will transport guests back to the 50s, 60s and 70s. Guests will experience a welcome party show on the Monday night, 50?s Rock and Roll Show ?Dream Lover? on Tuesday, 60?s act ?Marvin Jarvis as Tom-Tastic? and ?A Groovy Kind of 60?s - The Big Party Gig? on Wednesday, plus a final night of disco hits on Thursday at the 70?s Party Show - ?Boogie Fever?.
Guests will also be able to take part in activities including game shows, dance workshops, pop choirs, films and trivia quizzes, as well as decade-themed cocktails.
Prices for a four-night mid-week break start from ?152 per person, based on a February 24 arrival and two adults sharing a standard room.
Alternatively, the ?Anchors Away - A Cruise on Land? option is offered on a January 20 arrival at Gunton Hall Coastal Village in Suffolk.
The break will virtually transport ?passengers? on a journey to four different destinations. The on-land cruise will begin in New York, stopping off in the Caribbean and Italy, before arriving at its final destination back in England. As well as sampling destination themed dishes and cocktails, guests can take part in games, multimedia trivia quizzes and game shows and attend cookery demonstrations.
Evening entertainment includes an American themed welcome party, a Caribbean deck party and a British Night at the Musicals followed by a farewell party.
