p>Tunisair has announced the launch of a new twice-weekly flight from Gatwick to Djerba, via Monastir, from May 27. With a total flight time of just under three hours, including the touch down in Monastir, and Monday and Thursday departures, Djerba is being promoted as an ideal short-break or longer holiday destination, featuring a year-round warm climate, sandy beaches and world-class golf.
Return fares to Djerba cost from ?160 and flights to Monastir from ?145. Fares are inclusive of tax, meals with wine/soft drinks and 20kg of luggage allowance. Golf equipment is carried free of charge and outside the luggage allowance.
Flights will run year-round at 20.10 on Mondays and 22.05 on Thursdays.
