The Travel Network Group (TTNG) has announced an in-principle agreement to acquire The Global Travel Group from dnata Travel Group. The deal is expected to be finalised in the coming few weeks
The Global Travel business, which has more than 200 members, will remain a separate membership proposition, within TTNG, alongside Travel Trust Association (TTA), Worldchoice and Independent Travel Experts (ITE).
