Taber Holidays to launch agent satisfaction survey

Taber Holidays is planning to launch a new satisfaction survey to find out how agents rate its service.

The short tick-box survey will be emailed to agents on completion of a booking and will enable them to rate things such as helpfulness, knowledge, flexibility and promptness of staff in answering their query.
