p>SWISS is now offering agents a dynamic way of making group bookings with its new Group Tool.
The tool allows UK travel agencies to book their groups of between ten-98 passengers, quickly and conveniently online, with automated solutions for pricing, availability, bookings and contracting.
The tool works with real time availability, which displays fares in three categories - Economy Saver, Economy and Business, and also offers complete transparency with a +/-three days date flexibility option, helping agents find the most attractive and suitable offer for their clients.
Once a group has committed to their booking, agents can finalise the contract with one click, and then claim the PNR into their GDS. The steps of the fulfilment tasks (names, splitting and ticketing etc.) can still be done in GDS, as normal.
