Located in 400 acres of farmland set between Mount Liamuiga and the Caribbean Sea, every building within Kittitian Hill will be constructed using local or sustainable materials, crafted in collaboration with a team of more than 50 local contractors and craftsmen.

Among the destination?s facilities are hotels including Belle Mont Farm, a 119-room property comprising one-bedroom private Guesthouses and a handful of larger Greathouses (accommodating up to 16). The hotel features rainwater showers, hand-selected wine, pre-loaded tablets and drop-down big screens and crates of farm-fresh fruit daily. Guesthouse prices start from $800 per night, with Greathouse prices available upon request. Meanwhile, the Village Inn Suites consist of one and two guest rooms and are situated in the heart of the village.

Restaurants and bars include The Refinery with its bar, The Mill; The Table at Belle Mont Farm, which provides a fresh-from-the-farm harvest dining experience and the Red Rhum Bar; plus The Golden Lemon and The Lime located in nearby Dieppe Bay.

Meanwhile, The Town Hall offers a collection of meeting rooms and event halls that will hold conferences and events and will also form the nucleus for the promotion of regional and international art and cultural events and festivals.

Other attractions include the Irie Fields golf course, where half of the par-72 18-hole course will comprise farmland featuring cart/walking paths through the orchards where guests will see ?Pick Me? notices when the fruit is ripe; and The Village, featuring a mix of residences, restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, a farmer?s market, film festivals and an open-air cinema.

The first of Kittitian Hill?s facilities will open in March.
