The company reports that sales of river cruises have seen strong growth over the past few years, with its chartered ships all selling extremely well achieving extremely high load factors. In response, the operator has chartered two additional ships for 2013.
To launch the 2013 river cruise brochure, the operator is giving agents the chance to win a choice of either a river cruise or ?500 in Love2shop vouchers. Agents booking a river cruise from the new brochure will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
The company has added a new Discover Indochina & the Mekong itinerary, which explores Cambodia and Vietnam, and has also expanded its Eastern European programme for 2013 with a Journey to Odessa cruise, sailing down the Dnieper, taking in the ancient cities of the Ukraine.
The operator has chartered the MS Princess for 2013, a ship small enough to cruise the narrow waterways of the Elbe and the new Elegant Elbe cruise itinerary sails to the heart of Prague and includes an excursion to Berlin.
Also new for 2013 is an exclusively-chartered ship on the Rhine, the MS Alegria, and two new cruises to Dutch bulbfields, Battlefields & Bulbfields and Gardens Extravaganza.
Savings of up to ?100 per couple are available on chartered cruises if booked by October 31.
