The promotion, set up to encourage holidaymakers to experience more of the island, is in conjunction with 25 hotels, 22 tour operators (including Kuoni, Caribtours, Hayes & Jarvis, Virgin Holidays, ITC Classics and Abercrombie & Kent) and a selection of airlines.
The tourist board's director of marketing, Jean-Marc Flambert, said: "There are a huge range of activities and attractions as well as stunning scenery and palm fringed beaches to enjoy in Saint Lucia. By offering an additional, complimentary night we can extend the time holidaymakers spend on the island to really add value to their stay."
Bookings must be made in March for travel in the months of May, June, September and October.
