p>The Rezidor Hotel Group says that it has continued to follow an ambitious and strategic business development planby adding more than 3,100 rooms during the first six months of this year, 87% of which were on fee-based contracts.
While continuing to expand in its homeland European market, a strong focus for the remainder of this year will be the UK and Ireland. Earlier in the year the company opened a selection of city centre properties including the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cardiff; Park Inn Manchester, Victoria; Hotel Missoni Edinburgh and the new Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, in Turkey?s Cesme.
A range of properties are set to open across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South America over the next few years.
