The carrier, which currently operates twice-weekly cargo flights to Chicago O?Hare, will use its Boeing 777-300 Extended Range passenger aircraft on the new Doha-Chicago route, with an approximate flying time of 15 hours.
The aircraft will feature 335 seats in a two-class configuration of 42 Business Class seats and 293 Economy seats.
Flights will depart Doha at 09:15 and arrive in Chicago at 15:50. Flights from Chicago will depart at 21:30, arriving in Doha at 19:00 the next day.
