Qantas to restart international flights to Australia

As the Australian government confirmed the reopening of borders, the airline will restart international flights on November 14, 2021.

Qantas, Australia's national carrier, has confirmed the restart of international flying.

From November 14, 2021, the airline will operate three weekly flights between Sydney and London and Los Angeles, as the Australian government reopens its borders.

Qantas Group chief executive, Alan Joyce, said: ?The early reopening of Australia?s international borders will mean so much to so many people and it?s made possible by the amazing ramp up of the vaccine rollout."

All passengers on the international services will be required to be fully-vaccinated and return a negative PCR test within 72 hours prior to departure.
