Borough Market in London will be transformed into a showcase for the Asia Pacific region on September 29 for an evening trade event organised by the UK chapter of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA).
p>Borough Market in London will be transformed into a showcase for the Asia Pacific region on September 29 for an evening trade event organised by the UK chapter of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA). 'A Taste of PATA' will see the tourism offices of Australia, Cook Islands, Hong Kong, Thailand, India, Singapore, Taiwan, Macau, and the Philippines among those represented, and will feature a range of events and activities - from an Aussie barbecue and a showcase for national beers to a Thai spa offering massages and an electronic surfboard.
Guests will also be able to complete a special PATA Passport during the course of the evening, with a chance to win a range of prizes, including a pair of tickets from event sponsors Emirates to one of the destinations on its network. The event takes place from 18:00 to 21:00.
