Thomas Cook Sport is offering exclusive match breaks to the biggest games of the 2011/12 campaign, as the Official Travel Partner to eight of the biggest teams including?Chelsea, Everton,?Liverpool,?Manchester?City, Manchester United, Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur.?Match Breaks, which are priced from ?79 per person, are available now for Premier League fixtures right up to the end of the season in 2012, and include at least one night?s stay in a hotel, match ticket, programme and stadium tour.
