The 2013 brochures which are due to be launched in early summer will no longer market the Page & Moy brand to consumers.
All current Page & Moy holidays will continue to run as normal this year, but from next year they will be included and operated under the Travelsphere brand.
The announcement is part of a growth strategy to bring the company back into profit and has been put in place by new CEO Ian Smith.
He said: ?This is an excellent business but it needs a new strategy to bring it back into profit. Since I arrived we?ve taken six million pounds out of the cost base already, by removing marketing costs, reprioritising product focus and focusing on customer service. For our future growth we believe it is important for our business to focus single-mindedly on one brand for the escorted sector, and one brand for the escorted single traveller."
