The new 532-key development hotel will represent the debut of the NH Collection brand in the Middle East, located on the trunk of the renowned Palm Jumeirah.
The property features 226 hotel guest rooms and suites, alongside 306 studios and apartments, with 11 different room styles to choose from, all of which boast spectacular views of the Dubai Marina skyline and the Arabian Gulf.
NH Collection Dubai The Palm offers guests a choice of dining experiences, from a chic urban hangout café to a sports bar to a modern multi-sensory rooftop venue, in order for guests to get the most out of their experience. The property prides itself on offering guests a sophisticated place to rejuvenate the senses, even indulging the young ones at the NH Kid’s Club with games, crafts and much more. In the near future, the hotel will also launch its own beach club on West Palm Beach.
The driving force behind the development is sustainability, with the property having been designed to minimise environmental impact. The hotel has its own water plant; with solar panels being used to generate hot water and condensed water from the air conditioning system, which is further used for irrigation. Room amenities are vegan, with a diligent effort to promote reuse and recycle. Initiatives which are planned to launch later in the year include an onsite apiary, a hydroponic farm within the hotel and a community market.
