Silversea Cruises has announced details of a new reward and recognition programme for travel agents and homeworkers.
Silversea Advocates is designed to recognise hard work with a wealth of exceptional rewards including exclusive prizes.
The new programme is open to all of the line's retail agencies and homeworkers with those delivering the highest percentage of growth based on bookings, compared to the same quarter of the previous year in the running to win.
The top ten agencies per quarter will be recognised as Silversea Advocates, with a quarterly leaderboard revealing the top performing retail agencies. To be eligible, an agency simply has to have made one booking in the relevant quarter of the previous year. Successful Silversea Advocates will enjoy exclusive experiences including VIP tickets and trips.
The company has launched the programme with one of ten places on a trip to Dubai as the first prize in 2016.
Quarterly winners, along with retail agencies who deliver the greatest percentage of growth over the entire year, will also be recognised at an event at the end of 2016. The programme is already underway, with all qualifying bookings since the New Year counting towards the first quarterly leaderboard.
Silversea automatically enters agencies into the programme, allowing agents to continue to focus on serving their customers, with no extra paperwork involved.
