Air Transat has introduced new, flexible web fares from the UK to Canada, allowing Economy Class passengers to make changes and cancel for a fee up until the day of departure.

The different levels of flexibility include Eco - the carrier's best available rate with no flexibility and non-refundable fares; Eco Extra - an affordable rate offering the flexibility to make changes or cancel for a fee; and Eco Max, which offers maximum flexibility with allowances for changes and cancellations for a fee up to day of departure.
In addition to flexible web fares, the airline has also announced a new summer 2015 service from Gatwick to St John?s, Newfoundland. The twice weekly service will run from June 18 until September 2, 2015, operated on a Boeing 737-800.
