The operator?s group sales director Colin Wilson said: ?There are now more single people in the country than ever before and we felt that we really needed to take our new brochure to the next level in offering people more choice. It?s not just the look and feel behind the brochure that has changed but also the ethos and the product.?

In an ambitious move, the company says that it plans to double sales over the next three years and aims to ensure that it stands out as a single travel specialist.

Wilson said: "Our client research has found that enriching single travel experiences was the most important factor when it came to people deciding to book a holiday so that?s exactly what we?ve done in the new brochure. Alongside enhancing the product, the brochure is categorised into five sections to make it easier for agents to use and carries a new tag line ?We create the possibility, you make the personal discoveries?."

Prices lead in at ?299 for three days stay on a bed-and-breakfast (one night) and half-board (one night) basis at the Novotel in York. It includes a welcome drink and dinner on the first night, a city tour with a local guide and entrance to York Minster.
